Chef Jason Peppler has cooked our Brisbane Valley Farm Direct grass-fed beef for 10hours… all that’s required is heating and serving with slaw or mashed potatoes!
Instructions:
Simply leave brisket in cryovac package and place in a pot of water and bring to the boil, simmering for approx 30 mins or until you can squeeze the meat between thumb and finger (caution hot!). Ensure the water doesn’t evaporate or the pan will compromise the plastic packaging.

Gluten, dairy and nut free. Spicy level = low to medium.
