Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks with Slaw

Chicken drumsticks are an absolute favourite at our place! They are extremely tasty with Jason Peppler special buffalo sauce marinade and served with the slaw is a brilliant summer meal that’s easy to make.

  • 1kg Brisbane Valley Farm Direct buffalo marinated chicken drumsticks
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 750g dry slaw (supplied in veg box)
  • 1 tablespoon each chopped parsley and mint
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced


Step 1

Slice slaw ingredients and place into a large bowl with your favourite salad dressing.

Step 2

Heat BBQ or stove and cook the drumsticks, normally 15 mins each side.

Step 3

Mix lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, parsley and mint and drizzle on slaw (alternatively replace with your fave dressing).

Step 4

Serve on slaw.
