- Pulled Pork Shoulder
REHEAT OPTION 1:
Place marinated pork shoulder (bag and all) into a large covered pot of simmering water for 3-3.5 hours or until it is soft. Note: you may have to top up water.
REHEAT OPTION 2:
Place pork (in the bag) into a deep dish with some hot water and cover in foil.
Bake at 100 degrees for approx 4 hours. When soft/cooked, carefully remove from pot and leave at room temperature until it cools.
While pork cooking, roughly chop 4 red onions and 7 cloves of garlic and saute in a large pan until golden. Carefully add the juices from the pork bag and reduce by half. Place the pork into a large bowl and shred into pulled pork. Once shredded, add the onion mixture and a bunch of chopped parsley and optional coriander and season to taste.
Serve on a roll with slaw and alioli.
