Soy and Sesame Marinated Quail Breast Salad

  • Large Quail Breast
  • Bag of Asian Slaw
  • Bag of crispy noodles
  • 150g beans or snow peas, blanched
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 100ml of Kewpie roasted sesame dressing


Step 1
In a non stick pan or BBQ sear the quail breast skin side down in a little bit of veg oil, until golden. Turn over and cook on the other side. Each side should take approx. 3 minutes.

Step 2
Remove from heat and allow to rest, whilst assembling the salad.

Step 3
Place the bag of slaw mix into a bowl along with beans or snow peas and sesame seeds. Add dressing and toss through to incorporate.

Step 4
Place salad on a plate or bowl, slice the breasts into 3 or 4 and place
on top of the salad. Sprinkle with crispy noodles and serve.
